		<description>I have grown up in British Columbia, born in 1962 and from a very young age, I have known and seen the goats on the roof in Coombs BC.  For me I have associated this location as the origin.  Today as I search for an image on the net, to show to a client, I have come across a number of &quot;goats on roofs&quot;... so leaves me to the question, where did this all start.  Who had the first original idea......  How about &quot;rats in the rafters&quot;...  &quot;snakes in the cellar&quot;.... :)</description>
