Note: This is an update to my previous request for Ann Arbor nonprofits.

Thanks to LA2M members and friends, I received over 50 nominations for Ann Arbor nonprofits for the LA2M SEO Site Review. There are so many worthy organizations that could benefit from basic SEO and it was difficult to choose between them. After reviewing each submission I chose the Peace Neighborhood Center on Ann Arbor’s west side to receive a live SEO site review during the LA2M lunch on April 8th.

Peace Neighborhood Center

The Center has provided a safe place for Ann Arbor (all of Washtenaw County, really) residents to unite around social, cultural, and economic issues that affect all of us. They take on the tough issues including drugs and violence, as well as providing services to residents that need them.

The LA2M SEO presentation page has more information about the Center and the upcoming presentation. Afterwards, I will use that space to post information and updates on the project.

Thanks again for nominating so many worthy recipients. If there is interest, perhaps we can turn this into a regular LA2M series of projects to lend our collective expertise to community organizations that need it. If anybody is interested in discussing this further, please leave a comment.
